Bats!
02:46
|
|
||
i sit in my garden georgeous sunset
at this time.
the last drink, before i think it's
right.
to go to sleep, good dreams, this night.
but i hear their screams, their fluttering around
they are whispering, and all i think about is them...
bats, bats, bats, bats
that are flying in the night
bats, bats, bats, bats
thier screams they are too high
bats, bats , bats, bats
where your babys are
bats, bats , bats, bats
i hope they are not so far
bats, bats, bats, bats
that are flying in the night
bats, bats, bats, bats
thier screams they are too high
i hear their screams, their fluttering around,
they are whispering, and all i think about is them...
now it's dark, the sun is down
i hear them flying they come around.
i can not sleep and go to bed
the screams so sweet in my romantic head
i see their wings up in the sky.
before the bright moon who is so high
shadows appear before my inner eye,
like a silent breeze on a summer's night

Being a Poet on Sardinia
02:30
|
|
||
since hours a stone in my shoe prevents me from getting forward
taking it out poses several threats
to put up with the pain seems fairly easier
flickering of the sun smears my vision
the journey is not over yet
blood is pulsing in my toes
every step is a beat to the system
recovery takes longer than the itch
mountains that do not exist have to be taken
reality is a question of who observes
not the one who thinks he judges
the stone works its way further down
holes in my shoe don't really add up to this
orientation of the body in space
directs the stream of my thoughts
meanwhile sun is burning so bright
that even the haggard tree promises relief
too thin to shield me
the island at its best
licking wounds with scissors
bandages are burning
the thought of relief threatens me
the possibility to start again anytime
is evidence that I'm alive

First Song I dance to
03:16
|
|
||
why should i never look back?
why should i never look back?
why should i never look back,
i want to remember, i don't wanna forget.
why should i never look back,
the good things the best things,
i don't wanna forget.
why should i never look back,
i want to remember, i don't wanna forget.
why should i never look back?
why should i never look back?
why should i never look back,
i want to remember, i don't wanna forget.
i want to remember the good times
the best times in my past days.
i want to remember in my sad times
my bad times cause it holds me on.
i don't wanna forget, the first word, the first step i ever made.
i don't wanna forget, the first song i danced to it and then i'm glad.
i don't wanna forget, the first kiss the first love, i ever had.
i don't wanna forget, the first kiss the first love, i ever had.
i don't wanna forget, all the kisses, all the lovers, i ever had.
i don't wanna forget, all the kisses, all the lovers, i ever had.
all the kisses all the lovers i ever had.

Three Shades of White
02:54
|
|
||
I'm caught in a frame
can't see them and I refuse to see me
vacantly staring at 3 shades of white
the purest thing that you have ever been
fills my room, it takes the space
it takes the space it takes your place
3 shades of white
behind these window panes
3 shades of white
is all I see staring at the wall
3 shades of white
behind these window panes
is all I see staring at the wall
sardonic patron of written words
can't choose that you refuse to see whats before you
ignorance covers your walls
as emptiness covers mine
all endeavour leads you back
to a single white page old fool
all endeavour they lead you back
to a single white page old fool
3 shades of white
behind these window panes
3 shades of white is all I see
when its coming up my veins
